1. The valet was great and the room was comfortable and well appointed.

2. The hotel had a couple things going for it including location (only a short walk away from Millennium Park and Navy Pier, not terribly far from Michigan Avenue shopping), a courteous and prompt valet staff, and it was relatively quiet.
