1. We had a King bedroom, living room (pull out couch) , dining room and kitchenette with plenty of space.

3. The room size was ample with the bedroom separated from the lounge area with sofa & television and also with its own kitchenette which would probably be useful for longer stays.

The rooms were very very spacious with a large screen TV in both the living room and bedroom, a kingsize bed which was exceptionally comfy, large comfy sofa and armchair in lounge area, easy to use coffe maker, fridge, safe, kitchenette, large bathroom and plenty of storage space for clothes etc.
