3. 3 months in advance and were able to all secure a rate of $186/nt which is unheard of for NYC, and after reading the great reviews, I had a feeling things would go well.

9. I booked a basic rate suite and it was great!large bathroom as well as second area with a sink and a mirror, large bedroom and an additional living room/office area.
