1. The hotel staff were all very helpful, the room was very clean and the free wifi in the lobby was a nice bonus.

2. We had to confirm with our tour guide the night that we got to NY and so had to use it otherwise I would have gone to McDonalds (about 5 shops down from the hotel) and used the free WiFi.

4. I would have given the hotel and excellent but with limited wifi and not tea facilities other then earl grey for us non coffee drinkers I felt it didnt cater for all tastes.

5. Its worth noting that wifi is only free in the lobby and has to be paid for if you use it in your room which is a bit of an inconvienience.
