The staff was extraordinarily helpful and friendly - a quick shout out to Tracy at the Front Desk and Hannah in the Dining Room for super service ( I recently stayed at the Conrad in Indianapolis where the service was horrible; good service can make or break a hotel stay - the Doubletree has great service!).
