1. We found a really amazing deal on their website that was non refundable and the dates weren't changeable but we already had everything booked so we weren't concerned.

6. The room was cleaned to a high standard on a daily basis and although we didn't deal with the staff much (as we were out and about so much) the staff we did deal with were all very friendly.

9. We had breakfast every morning, as part of our deal, which was great with plenty of options including made to order omelets, fresh fruit, cereal, numerous meats and cheeses, etc. We also had pre-ordered some sparkling wine and chocolate covered strawberries for our arrival.
