6. Concierge is also more than helpful with cabs and theatre tickets (although the cheap ticket booth is directly outside the hotel entrance!)Location wise this hotel is great Madam Tussads, Circle Line Ferries, 5th Avenue, Central Park, Grand Central Station and much more.
