1. It is right across the road from the new wtc site, so there is a lot of construction going on there at the moment, but this didn't bother us, in fact our room overlooked the work site and we found it quite interesting watching them.

4. Very nice rooms and staff, expect a good solid Hilton service in a modern tower, however the construction in ground zero can still be bothersome.

6. But the biggest plus is that most rooms overlook the World Trade construction site as well as have beautiful vistas to the Hudson River, World Financial, etc.
