In the less than twenty-four hour period we were at the hotel, Hilton managed to:1) Take 45 minutes to check us in,2) Had a completely incompetent cashier in its store--she could not figure out how to charge us for an aspirin (and let me tell you, if you stay there bring plenty--construction at the WFC starts very early),3) Sent another room's billing materials to us--requiring us to speak to two different reps to get the correct materials.
