Check-in was fast and the staff were happy to help with printing, providing a UK travel adapter etc. Our only negative experience was when we arrived at the Concierge desk at 8pm on Sunday evening in the hope of getting a good dinner recommendation, only to find that the Concierge was gone for the evening and the alternative number to call did not work.
