4. We loved the location of the hotel; it's near Soho, Little Italy, Tribeca, China Town, Wall Street, etc. The neighborhood is little quiet at night, but fun is close by.

I got on another that looked like it had a stop close to the hotel, and it was a nightmare walking to the hotel because of all the construction, closed streets and sidewalks, etc. It rained and/or snowed the whole weekend, so we ended up getting lots of cab rides, which got expensive because the hotel is so far away from midtown, broadway, and all the other cool neighborhoods.

8. It`s a very quiet neighborhood, (by quiet I mean that you need to walk several blocks to find a restaurant open on a Saturday night,) but it`s about 100 feet from a subway station, and there are some shops nearby that sell some good deli sandwiches and a huge cheap breakfast for $3.
