10. warning to foreigners though vat is not applied on many and most stores so do expect a 8%-10% or so raise in price in anything once you get to the till, century 21 discount store is very close by, but after a nightmare time in there id stay well clear unless you like your tk maxx/ primark style shops, customer service was at an almost all time low from what i witnessed, back to the hotel try to request any upgrades prior to checking in as from my opinion they will help, also the concierge at the lobby was a very friendly guy who was willing to help everyone out with almost anything any questions to ask about transfers, subway routes, tickets for most things he will help you out, so to sum it all up brilliant views nice rooms but one or two mistakes i hope the hotel takes on board, but would defo come back.
