1. We have increased our room inspection program which includes checking for the presence of bugs and insects.

2. Besides our regular extermination program which occurs monthly, we use an outside company for any incidents that involve any kind of report of bugs.

3. I am a Priority Club Member and I was not recongized as one when I checked in - that does not really bug me but I needed to ask a question about my membership status being Gold or not on the room because you get extra points for being a Gold member.
