4. The laundry change machine was out of order, ice machine out of order on our floor, exposed wiring on the floor in our room and our request for a quiet room had us placed near the railway line.

5. Our room was fine (except no one told us it was right next to the railroad tracks!)--plenty of fluffy towels, sheets & comforter were nice, lots of pillows, lighting was good, bath was OK but our shower didn't flow fully (some water came out of the tap instead of the shower).
