1. She also gave her breakfast to her free of charge, made sure she brought the general manager to meet us and was such a wonderful inspiration to start our day.

2. The parking garage is also below the hotel with in/out all day self-service included in charge, there is also elevators connecting the garage to the lobby which was wonderful and seemed safe.

3. Particularly popular ,and rightly so, was the business suite with 4 PC`s (only 3 worked when we were there) a printer and copier/scanner all available free of charge 24/7.

Good points: Very good internet connection (with the cable) and free of charge; very good computer room where printing was easy (also no charge); clean room; nice table for work; close by to the Air and Space Museum and the Mall; close to L`Enfant Metro stop; convenience store and fast food places nearby; service has recently been much better than before.

7. Heads-up: They do charge $30 per day for parking in their garage but you probably pay more at other garages for all day parking.
