1. Service was fabulous - the front desk got us all set up with close rooms and early parking access, our breakfast waiter gave us a nice discount on the kids breakfasts, and housekeeping staff was friendly and helpful.

3. We were able to take advantage of the Bed Breakfast Beyond package that we booked which included buffet breakfast in the mornings, 2pm late checkout and 1/2 price discount off of parking ($17.50/night instead of $35).

The room was sparkling-clean and smelled good (a welcome change from our usual economy fare), the staff was friendly and helpful, a coffee maker and a fridge were available for tea breaks, and multiple eating-out options (from McDonald's next door to nice bistro to quality restaurant dining) were nice to have, doubly so since the hotel provided a bunch of discount coupons for each.
