1. The service was quite slow, and we found ourselves waiting for drinks, waiting for our bill etc.The rooms are clean and comfy and I would recommend staying there to anyone.

3. The cleaning staff woke us up at 6:30am to deliver our bill!(what happened to sliding it under the door?) they woke us up 3 MORE TIMES after that.

The only thing I found a bit annoying is the breakfast service, they have a buffet (wasn't included in my room) - there was enough to choose from, and good enough quality - but the waiters are annoying, coming to check on you every two minutes, and once they put the bill on the table they just stand there, waiting for you to pay or leave.

6. We were surprised by the uniformly inhospitable staff--whether at the front desk, the on-site restaurant or the on-site bar/grill, we clearly inconvenienced everyone we interacted with (until the time came to pay a bill, when they hovered suspiciously).

7. We had greatly counted on using the Metro tickets and they probably should have just taken the cost for them off our bill as well.

9. Upon checking in, tell the representative you are parking in the garage and DON`T pay the parking charge they will attempt to sneak on your bill.
