1. Staff at reception processed check-in efficiently, gave us much-needed essential supplies and promptly had us in our rooms.

9. Check in clerk was very accommodating, suggested we wait for a room to be cleaned away from the backside of the hotel due to a noisy train that travels behind the hotel nightly.
