8. Our room was fine (except no one told us it was right next to the railroad tracks!)--plenty of fluffy towels, sheets & comforter were nice, lots of pillows, lighting was good, bath was OK but our shower didn't flow fully (some water came out of the tap instead of the shower).

9. The metal rail next to the bath came off in my hand and large metal plates at shin level protruded concealed from the bed so I had a couple of opportunities to injure myself and sue Holiday Inn for millions.

10. The rooms are well appointed with a choice of pillows, bath, desk etc. I also enjoyed making use of the rooftop swimming pool (it is very small and shallow but good for a quick dip after a long, hot day of sightseeing).
