1. She also gave her breakfast to her free of charge, made sure she brought the general manager to meet us and was such a wonderful inspiration to start our day.

6. I was contacted by the assistant manager at Holiday Inn after I posted my complaint, and she and I worked out a compromise, where the reservation was reinstated for a different night at the price I was charged.

9. The was wrinkled, the pillows were not placed neatly, I had left things out of place on purpose and never once during the week were they ever straightned, I brought this up to the front desk staff' with pictures to prove my complaint' and never in the 4 nights did I hear from a manager.
