2. The hotel itself is oldish but not too old, the lobby is newly done up and the decor in the rooms is reasonable, HD TV in the room.

3. The hotel is a little warn around the edges with pretty non-descript room decor but past that its a great budget hotel, with friendly and competent staff, a great location (for the main sites), and good sized rooms.
