4. Everyone from the GM Joe, to the DOS Laurie, The awesome banquet manger, the fabulous front desk to the wonderful shuttle drivers- did their best making sure our conference experience was outstanding.

6. The location is wonderful, especially if you appreciate being right next door to Little Tokyo, with its Japanese markets, restaurants, and the Kinokuniya Bookstore.
