7. Despite of the complaints all we've got was 'we'll try to do it better next time, but descriptions in the internet are not correct as the pictures you see belong to executive rooms and not deluxe'Workers are not very kind.

10. I was directed to the wrong room twice, and when i finally did receive the correct room, what I found was mold in the bathroom, a dirty carpet, an unneatly made bed and a lack of toiletries in the bathroom.
