1. The beds are very comfortable and the rooms are quiet.

2. The room was comfortable and quiet, but at the point in time where things need to be replaced to keep up with similar hotels (modest wear on the furniture, off-color pink tiles in the bathroom, a sink made of composite materials rather than stone, a CRT television, etc.
