3. Everyone from the GM Joe, to the DOS Laurie, The awesome banquet manger, the fabulous front desk to the wonderful shuttle drivers- did their best making sure our conference experience was outstanding.

6. The location isn't the best, not really anything to see in the immediate area & not a lot of places to choose to eat from, though a couple blocks away are some really awesome asian places, but nothing fancy.
