1. On the upside, the maintenance people took care of the problems (for the most part) quickly and courteously.

5. While the room was clean, it appeared that the cleaning staff took more care in cleaning the room the day before we left than during the rest of our stay ( my wife and I were there for 3 nights and 4 days.

10. The self parking is located underground which isnt as fancy as the rest of the hotel but hey who cares right? The elevator takes you straight into the hotel where it has an enormous lobby area decorated with japanese paintings and other exotic decor, which made us go 'WOW.
