1. The plusses are its cleanliness, nearby restaurants (if you like Japanese food), and walking distance to most of what you need.

9. This hotel fits very well the style of Japanese district and near it there are lovely shops and restaurants to feel like in Tokyo.

10. The position is very good, there's a metro stop not far from there and in something like 15 minutes by foot you can go to various interesting places of downtown LA such as the Disney Concert Hall, the Cathedral, Union Station, El Pueblo, City Hall, ecc.
