1. The next morning I am out of the shower and about to apply lotion except for the bottle is empty and the maids never bothered to change the bottle after someone used it.

2. The 'Garden' level with the garden is deserted except for the garden that needs a lot of work to revive it with an adjacent half-empty mall area that seems to suck energy from what could be a nice location and a vibrant hotel spot.

4. The staff were, without exception, very kind, offered discounts for internet and valet parking, and responded quickly with extra towels or off-hours cleaning whenever we needed it.
