6. We like this property, and have enjoyed it in the past, but due to KG's sloppy maintenance and slow responses, my wife is now of a mind to look elsewhere the next time we visit our grandchild and family in the area.

9. A party in their outdoor garden blasted loud music until midnight and staff was not responsive to hotel guests request for quiet so we could sleep.
