1. Had a nice stay here but the front desk wouldn't give me a king room, though she gave my client an upgrade.

2. We did not try the bar or restaurant - both were very busy when we dropped by, so we headed next door to the Chieftan, a very nice Irish pub.

4. We had arrived early (about 11:30am) and the rception desk still checked us in early and gave us a nice room on the 21st floor with a great city view.
