1. Family trip with toddler (3 nights)Pros:- Relatively new hotel but most visitors were business travellers- Close to Union Square (about 10 mins walk)- Quite and staff were friendlyCons:- The 10 mins walk can be a little of a track if you are with a child- Not much to eat around the hotel except inside the hotel where the menu was not kid-friendly.

9. The location is somewhat of a concern, at night the streets located near the hotel are vacant from pedestrian traffic with exception of individuals who create an atmosphere which is prevelent throught most of the city.
