5. I found the efficiency of the staff refreshing, my reservation was in order, my Ambassador level in Priority Club was recognized, room service, and house keeping were all at the level I did not find at the earlier mentioned hotels.

9. Valet was very efficient, however, I did feel 50dollars for the night was quite excessive in relation to what we paid elsewhere, but this was only a minor issue.

10. The front desk staff, in an effort to seem efficient, are sort of unfriendly and more interested in dealing with the convention crowd, but that's okay, we weren't needy travelers.
