3. If I have one complaint, it's that I could hear doors closing & people using the ice machines :( My room was upgraded for free, so I had an amazing view.

Much less expensive places (but still nicely appointed in good locations) have free wireless, at least for priorityclub members, give you a bottle water or two when you check in, upgrade your room when they have availability, and have a decent business center where you can access the internet and do some limited printing.

7. Other pet peeves; no urn of coffee in the lobby to grab and go early the next morning, no free Internet, lack of room outlets, no mirror in the room for grooming, telephones that require a PhD to utilize; not to mention the annoying advertisements flashing on a 6'x4' telephone screen and no Sunday newspaper.
