1. What I found most impressive was that, although the President of the US stayed in the hotel one night while we were there, we did not notice a decline in service to regular guests.

7. The first time we stayed, we were impressed by their friendly front desk and their willingness to accomodate our needs.

8. Even though we were on business for the majority of the time, I was thoroughly impressed with the hotel staff--from the big doorman from Detroit, to JD treating us as VIP's at the front desk, to the lovely cocktail server at the lounge, and the housekeeping department.
