1. I love the rooms, the beds are so comfy I actually sleep restfully in them, the furniture is very sleek and modern, I love the bathrooms that come with the tub and shower.

Super comfy beds and roomy bathrooms- Cozy robes and slippers (disposable); in room safe- Short walk (5-10min) to BART (in Bloomingdales' mall) and tons of restaurants- Great service from all staff (bellmen, front desk, room service, mgt)- Guests from all over the world: Makes travel more interesting.

8. Rooms are whisper quiet, beds are comfy and luxurious, and even the smallest rooms (the queen bed) are still well appointed with all the trimmings one comes to expect when staying with a premium brand.
