1. A generator humming, sirens, screaming out on the street but the bed was half way decent so I was able to sleep.

2. My little ones were meanwhile rolling on the floor and trying to bang on the spotless windows etc all the while I was talking with her and everyone was so nice, smiling at them and generally being very tolerant, which as a mom I appreciated very much.

Recently stayed for couple of nights, this is a very nice hotel, great position within city, very good service throughout, Club lounge is very good, and general service within hotel is also good, staff are friendly and do care, leadership at hotel seems excellent, which comes through down all the staff, and they do try to make your stay comfortable as possible.
