1. the rooms were very clean and mostly quiet (there is some street noise when the AC / Heat blower isnt running), but not too much noise.

6. There was an in room safe, & was quiet although I'd also heard from colleagues that they could hear everything in thier neighbours bathrooms when they were in their own, I was OK, in my room, I heard nothing.

8. Yes, the elevators are small and slow, yes the rooms are a little small, yes there is quiet a bit of road noise, especially with the nearby fire department and hospitals sirens are frequent.
