1. It's well located, fairly priced, but it seems like a place where no one who runs it ever bothers to stay there, so many weird little things are off.

9. Coffee service only on the second floor? If you'd like a morning cup of coffee you can have room service drop off an $11 pot + local tax and required 20% gratuity, or you can take the elevator down to the 2nd floor and get in line.
