1. The front desk staff was very professional and allowed us to check in several hours early because they had a room ready for us.

8. (I am from Chicago and this was always a regal but older property) I am pleased to say that this property is both newly renovated and beautiful and has wonderful staff that treat all customers with professionalism and great care.
