5. We requested high floor king bed and when we were given our room behind the elevator I have to admit I was concerned we weren't going to get a good night's sleep.

6. Meals are good and well priced for Chicago but by far the best thing about the hotel is its location, smack bang in the middle of downtown Chicago so it costs nothing in a taxi to get to say the financial district or hop on the 'L' (train) to see a baseball game at Wrigley Field.

7. I was only told (very curtly) to not keep it next to my phone (might be a good suggestion when you check-in) but when I pointed out that I didnt carry a phone with me as I was on holiday.
