1. I loved that the pillows were soft, and clean, and there were plenty of them.

We booked rooms on the executive floor for a small amount extra which means we had complimentry pastries/ cereal / tea / coffee etc for breakfast and unlimited access to soft drinks all day/night - well worth the money when you think how much an american breakfast would cost every morning ( we booked through 1800hotels.
