1. Overall impression: Fine if you're attending a convention or exhibition, but definitely not good for family or vacation purposes.

Pros:-Staff was extremely helpful and nice from the minute we walked in-Location was ok only for shedd aquarium and the dinosaur one-got a cheap rate using priceline-some close by restaurantsCons:-Location is far away from the heart of chicago where most of the good restaurants and shopping are-The room was very old fashioned .
