1. Also, the water in the bath rooms came out yellow with rust, I expect this in a hostel and its not a big deal but for 160 $ a night, really?? Bottom line: If you are rich, and care only for the name, and not the quality of the place you're staying, then this is the hotel for you.

3. The parking is pricey at $45 a night (self-park), and I could have found a different nearby parking lot, but it was a quick trip on a tight timeline, and I had saved so much money on the hotel that my boss didn't seem to care.

4. It's very easy to get in and out of the hotel but the turns inside the parking garage are VERY tight so you have to be really careful maneuvering around inside it.

5. Otherwise, guests like me will stay elsewhere (that is if management even cares enough to read my review-- I doubt management cares at all)This review may seem too focused on bad customer service.

9. We didn't find it useful so really didn't care for it, and it took a few attempts in order to turn off.

We had to go through FOUR rooms to find one which wouldn't smell of stale tobacco (on the one hand, this is not the hotel's fault - some people have a nasty habit of ignoring the 'no smoking' designations in rooms - but on the other hand, why should I care, I hate sleeping in a stale-smell room).
