5. I was in Chicago for a conference and didn't have any choice about which hotel to stay at, but I was happy with the location and the hotel.

6. I wasn't too happy that I had to go all the way down to the front desk but that was better than what they told my colleague- they told her she should go to the Fed Ex office in the lobby and she would have to PAY to print it.
