3. I had a very nice, remodeled lakeview room, but I understand from colleagues that many of the rooms have no views, have not been remodeled, etc.

4. The view was realy nice and actualy helped making the room brighter since the colours used on the bedroom decoration were all grays and browns.

6. They are in the process of upgrading their rooms (floor by floor), but even the older rooms are nice and quite comfortable.

7. The one drawback is the location (it's on south michigan and a bit far from offices, shopping and restaurants), but the walk is nice and public transportation is very easy and convenient.

8. Hotel lobby is nice with 2 restaurants and bars, but we did not eat or drink there because there are too many local choices to waste time at the hotel itself.
