1. Staff seemed realy stressed, lacked patience and treated guests like there were better things to spend their time on than deal with our concerns.

3. Be sure to check out the ballroom during your stay: it really does look like Versailles, allowing you to imagine what Versailles looked like in its day.

5. Elevators are impossibility slow, the television system goes out every time it rains and communications staff never seems to know what is going on - like when you're stuck on the 14th floor with non functional elevators with a bad knee for 30 mimutes and they tell you on the phone that they are 'just slow.

6. While the mainline staff is friendly, this hotel is in general too expensive and incredibly incompetent, especially for conventions like the one I attended.

7. the walls are paper thin so ever time housekeeping knocks on a door, someone flushes a toilet, or turns on their shower, it sounds like it is happening in your room.
