3. Also charged 50$ a night for parking, the staff was not very friendly ( I'm guessing they would be more helpful if it looked like we had more money) .

4. The view was realy nice and actualy helped making the room brighter since the colours used on the bedroom decoration were all grays and browns.

5. Nono helped us by speaking with the lady again and thankfuly he managed to convince her to give us the room we booked.

6. Had an emergency where one of our employees needed to leave later at night and the concierge was very helpful in finding him transportation out of Chicago.

Pros:-Staff was extremely helpful and nice from the minute we walked in-Location was ok only for shedd aquarium and the dinosaur one-got a cheap rate using priceline-some close by restaurantsCons:-Location is far away from the heart of chicago where most of the good restaurants and shopping are-The room was very old fashioned .

8. The decor has not been updated sine the 80s, so you cannot help but feel as though it is not as clean as you may expect in a Hilton.
