1. This hotel is taking all the suggestions it receives seriously, and in my opinion, it is trying much harder to make the guests' experiences at the hotel very positive ones.

4. Given our mainly positive feelings about the place, I have to wonder whether the income Hilton derives from - for example - charging two dollars each to hold our bags for a couple of hours after check out is worth the bad taste generated.

6. The only positive thing I will say about the hotel is that you do feel like you've stepped back in time and the lobby and ballrooms are all grand and beautiful, but it doesn't make up for everything else the hotel lacks.
