6. THe most annoying thing was a computer monitor with some new touch-screen features that kept coming on at 4 AM to wake me up despite my attempts to turn it off (there was no 'off' button).

9. The housekeeping folks were very friendly, however we did have one come to the door, once to give us the news paper, and then came back twenty minutes later to see if we wanted the room cleaned.
