1. the bell boys and concierge,doormen, were all useless you ask them a question such as 'do you no where the greyline office is? all you get is 'no wouldnt have a clue' im like what the? you shouldnt be in this industry if you dont even no where your main tour operator iswhen you walk into the hotel lobby the door men stand there like arnold swarzenegger staring at you making you feel not welcome especially after a 5 hour walk around newyork with a 7 year old and a 3 yr old we get into the lobby and stopped just by the stairs to look through our bag for the card to get into our room my 7 year old was so tired after our day out she went to sit on the steps to wait for me to find the card next minuite the door man approached her and said 'excuse me can you get up off the stairs the bosses are here today.

2. The best thing the Holiday Inn could do was not welcome me and now me and anyone who listens has a new place to stay in NYC.
